“I was wanting a sunroom and had been saving up for literally years, but knew all the while that I wanted Chris to do the work for me as I had seen work he had done locally and I knew he was very good but also very friendly and trustworthy.

In April 2019 Chris was able to start work. He had looked at what I needed and offered suggestions and also liaised with local authorities, etc.

“Chris is an extremely hard worker did a lot of the manual work himself, but also project managed the work, liaising with all the necessary people to assist him, including electricians, roofers, glaziers, etc.
“Once the room was almost done, I decided I wanted the kitchen redoing, having originally told him that I wasn’t going to. To his credit, Chris took all this on board too, undertaking the removal of the old kitchen himself, and plastering the walls which was no mean feat!
“At all times Chris communicated with me so that even if I was at work, I was aware of what he was doing and this meant that I got exactly the job that I wanted (unlike with previous jobs that had been done by other people!)
